John graduated from Centennial College Massage therapy with an advance diploma in massage therapy. He treats a wide variety of age groups with acute and chronic musculoskeletal dysfunctions. John’s treatments consist out of finding the root of the problem rather than focusing on the symptoms itself. Therefore, he utilizes different assessments such as checking the range of motion, performing orthopedic tests, doing postural analysis and palpation in his treatments. John is an eager learner. Kristin Hodgen is a Registered Massage Therapist, Kinesiologist, Certified Athletic Therapist and Culinary Nutrition Expert. She is passionate about optimizing the health of those around her and prides herself on her eclectic and holistic approach to rehabilitation. She encourages the use of preventive, scientific-based sports medicine, along with living a balanced and active lifestyle to achieve whole body health.

Growing up involved in Orangeville, playing hockey, rowing crew, and practicing mixed martial arts, along with a developing interest for how the body moves, it was natural for Kristin to seek after a career that joined the passions. This led her to complete a Bachelor of Arts Specialized Honours in Kinesiology & Health Science with a Certificate in Athletic Therapy from York University and a diploma is Massage Therapy from the Ontario College of Health & Technology.
